New Year – New Start – New CPD Portal

It’s 2020 and we are launching our new, improved IWater CPD Platform to kick off the New Year.

We’ve been busy behind the scenes making improvements to the original portal to make sure we enable you as members to capture all the necessary elements of your professional development. Don’t worry if you used the old portal, all of your goals and activities will still be there but now you’ll be able to create a Development Plan and add Development aims, making the platform more logical and intuitive.

The new portal uses the CPD cycle concept as illustrated below to help you regularly review your approach to development. We’ve got plenty of guidance on the portal to help get you started along with a FAQ section where you should find the answer to any queries you might have.

You’ll find the new portal when you next login to your IWater profile on the ‘My CPD’ tab.

Why not start the new year with a new focus on your own development? Establish your targets for the year ahead and make a plan of action. It doesn’t need to all be about your career ambitions either, you might want to include some personal goals to work towards.
