CC Water sets out new Forward Work Programme 2019-2022 for England & Wales

Consumer Council for Water have published their Forward Work Programme for 2019-22, which sets out our work priorities for the next three years.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended one of our Consumer Issues workshops last autumn.

Your contributions through these events and our subsequent consultation have helped us to shape our Forward Work Programme.

We have ambitious plans for the next three years, and have outlined five key areas where we’ll be campaigning to make a real difference on behalf of water consumers in England and Wales.

These will be supported by our continuing statutory work on helping customers with their complaints, reviewing companies’ charges schemes and social tariff proposals.
