Rising Stars brings together a collection of unique opportunities, designed to develop the skills and professional excellence of new industry talent, particularly focusing on providing professional development in skills areas that are not traditionally tackled or made available.

- An Individual Member of the Institute of Water; and
- At an early stage in your water sector career
