Continuing Professional Development

At IWater, we take a holistic approach to CPD, focusing on the quality of reflection. We believe that professional growth is not just about ticking boxes or earning points but about truly understanding and learning from experiences.  Emphasizing reflective practice makes CPD accessible to all members, regardless of role or career stage.

What is CPD?

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is making sure our skills and capabilities keep pace as our careers grow.

CPD in practice can mean everything from attending educational events, listening to informative webinars, going on a training course, studying for qualifications or developing new skills related to a job.

CPD-based learning enables you to become proactive and take charge of your own professional progression. It involves reflecting and recording your evolving skillset, increasing knowledge, and growing experience.

How IWater can help with your CPD

IWater offers it’s members a number of services that will help you become proactive with your CPD.

Engaging in these CPD focused services ensures that any qualifications do not become outdated or obsolete, and allows for you to continually ‘up skill’ or ‘re-skill’ themselves regardless of their occupation, age or educational level.
