Science Council looking to recruit an Interim General Manager

As indicated in a recent Science Council update, the Board is seeking to appoint an interim General Manager to work with staff and trustees to support Members and ensure that the charity is able to continue operations during a period of transition. The General Manager will be responsible for the executive management of the Science Council and will report directly to the Chair of the Board. The Board will commence the recruitment of a permanent CEO towards the end of 2018.

The Board is looking to appoint someone into the role for approximately nine months. Working hours are negotiable and there is potential for an individual to take on the role part-time. The Board is also considering secondment opportunities.
