  • The size of pipe we can offer varies from 25mm up to and including 630mm. We have also installed pipework up to 1200mm in diameter.
  • All of our operatives have formal training for the installation processes we use to install the pipework.
  • For water services we offer testing to Type 2 and WRc1. For Sprinkler services BS EN 12845 and various gas testing standards such as IGE/UP/1 edition 2

  • Mains Bacteriological Testing,

New Main Bacteriological Testing within the UK we are accredited in All Water territory’s including IWNL, Anglian Water, Thames, Seven Trent Water, Yorkshire Water, South Staffs Water, conducted in accordance with British Standard BS7592 explains the importance of flushing times as a simple example of an element of the sampling procedure that can significantly change a result.   • Leak finding / leak detecting

IYC offer a leak finding system to pinpoint leaks within mains, that cost hours of man time, digging trial holes and saving water. With state of the art equipment providing accurate detection even finding numerous leaks within the system saving time and money for the developer.

  • Dedicated flushing programme

IYC offer a turnkey flushing programme to turn over mains connected to the live system Systems or individual outlets that are not frequently used allow the development of stagnant water conditions, which increase the potential of bacterial growth and proliferation, including Legionella. In order to remove any stagnation that may have developed or to stop stagnation from occurring in the first place, it is important to introduce a “flushing” programme where necessary. IYC offer a dedicated team that carry out the process to the local water companies standards.
