Bio Search is a microbiological and chemical testing facility located in the Port of Belfast, Northern Ireland.  Established in 1989, the company provides a range of independent analytical services to the agricultural, food, environmental and healthcare sectors. CABWI Awarding Body

CABWI is a nationally recognised Awarding Organisation specialising in the development and award of vocational qualifications for the water and utilities industries.

We offer a range of qualifications regulated by Ofqual in England, Qualifications Wales in Wales and CCEA in Northern Ireland, in clean and waste water, as well as water efficiency.

Our current portfolio includes competence-based and knowledge-based qualifications, designed, in consultation with industry specialists, to meet the needs of those working in the water and other industries.

We have recently launched a number of new Level 3 Diploma qualifications in Water Treatment, Water Network – Distribution and Water Network – Leakage. These qualifications will support water companies in up-skilling existing staff as well as supporting the on-programme element for apprentices working towards the Water Process Technician standard.

CABWI is proud to announce that it has been approved to deliver End Point Assessment (EPA) for the Water Process Technician standard and has developed a solution to support the Assessment Plan. As the recognised awarding body for the water industry we felt it vital that we should be able to deliver this service to our long established customer base.

Die Draw Ltd provides a full-service design package for the installation of fully qualified PE 100 liners for tight and loose fit pipeline rehabilitation. We specify the liner, die rig, towing head, all pulling equipment including temporary works, together with site supervision and procedures.

The Die Draw process involves drawing a PE 100 liner pipe through a die at ambient temperature to elastically reduce the diameter of the liner. The liner is pulled through the host and tension released maximising internal diameter. Die drawing has a track record of >1,000,000m installed in the water and gas industries since the 1980s.
