He joined DWI in 2014 where part of his responsibilities was liaising with the sector on emergency planning and security and more recently leading on the implementation of the Network & Information Systems (NIS) Regulations. In January 2020 he joined Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water as their Head of Emergency Planning and Security. He has a BSc. (Hons) in Applied Science from Portsmouth University and is a Chartered Environmentalist and Chartered Scientist.
